SHIPPING

Shipping should be a breeze - you should receive a shipping tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. If you are based in the US, choose from USPS, Fedex, and UPS options with shipping. If you live outside of the US, choose your specific country - all international orders will ship via USPS at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

We will do our best to honor your returns and exchanges. We want you to love your new item, and if you don’t, let’s do something about it! Additional shipping costs apply for returns and exchanges. Please send an email to hello@kimbest.com for assistance with your return or exchange.

Local Pickup

We would love to see you in person and hand-deliver your beautiful new item! Please select local pickup at checkout. You can select Local Pickup: Rochester, NY OR a specific pickup place (e.g. MAR Conference in Buffalo, NY March 2023). If you choose the standard Rochester, NY local pickup, please send an email to hello@kimbest.com to coordinate your pickup time and location. If you select a specific pickup place, we will have your items ready for you at that chosen location.
